Sanosis audio masks are consumer wellness products designed to support:

• Falling asleep and sleep continuity
• Relaxation and stress reduction
• Meditation and breathwork
• Focus during work or study
• Travel comfort, including flights
• Listening to guided audio, ambient sound, binaural beats, audiobooks or podcasts

Sanosis products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

3. General Safety Information (All Models)

Please read and follow all instructions carefully.

• Use at safe listening volumes, particularly during extended sessions
• Do not use while driving, cycling or operating machinery
• Not recommended for children without adult supervision
• Discontinue use immediately if discomfort, irritation or pain occurs
• Keep away from open flames, heat sources and sharp objects
• This product is intended for personal, indoor and travel use only

4. Important Safety Information - WIRELESS MODELS

(Sanosis Guardian, Sanosis Alchemist)

To connect Bluetooth, hold down power button on the control box for 5 seconds untill the light flashes blue, or blue and red. Then select "pair new device" on your phone or tablet.

Guardian - Standard - connect to "Sleep Mask"
Guardian - Enhanced and JBL - connect to "ABH200 Pro"
Alchemist - Standard - connect to "Sleep Mask"

• Uses Bluetooth Low Energy audio within regulatory safety limits
• Contains a rechargeable lithium battery
• Charge using certified USB C power sources only
• Do not expose the product to extreme heat or moisture
• Do not use while charging if heat or discomfort is noticed
• Do not open, modify or attempt to replace internal components

WaveShield technology is designed to reduce unnecessary electromagnetic exposure. It does not eliminate all emissions and does not interfere with Bluetooth connectivity.

5. Important Safety Information - WIRED MODELS

(Sanosis Ascend, Sanosis Explorer)

Sizing - If you find the size of your mask is too large, we have included brand adjusters in the accessories pack. For step-by-step instructions, search "how to install band adjusters" on YouTube.

Sanosis wired audio masks are designed with intentional cable break points to help reduce choking or entanglement risk. These features reduce risk but do not remove the need for mindful use.

Cable Safety Guidelines

• Always route the cable behind the head and pillow when lying down
• Never wrap the cable around the neck, face or body
• Position excess cable length away from movement during sleep
• Disconnect immediately if the cable becomes tangled, tight or uncomfortable

Cable Connected Device Safety

• Secure your phone or audio device safely before use
• Do not place devices where they may fall onto the head or body
• Avoid positioning devices above the bed or resting area
• Sanosis is not responsible for damage to connected devices caused by falling, impact or improper placement

6. Usage Environment and User Responsibility

Sanosis audio masks are designed for rest, focus and relaxation.

Do not use in situations requiring awareness or reaction, including:

• While driving or operating equipment
• While supervising dependants
• In hazardous or high risk environments

Use of this product is at the user’s discretion and responsibility.

7. Care and Maintenance

• Remove electronics to wash on a gentle cycle or wipe clean using a dry or slightly damp cloth
• Do not submerge in water
• Do not use bleach or harsh cleaning agents
• Do not iron
• Allow the product to dry fully before reuse if exposed to moisture

Failure to follow care instructions may void warranty coverage.

8. Warranty Information

Sanosis products are covered by the following warranties:

Electronics Warranty

• 12 month warranty on electronic components
• Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship only

Fabric and Soft Materials Warranty

• Limited warranty covering manufacturing faults only
• Does not cover general wear and tear, cosmetic changes or degradation resulting from normal use, washing, friction or extended wear

Warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, improper care or modification
• Cable damage caused by excessive force or strain
• Battery degradation due to normal charging cycles
• Damage to third party devices connected to the product

Nothing in this warranty limits consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable local regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Sanosis is not liable for misuse of the product
• Sanosis is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage
• Audio content selection and listening volume are the responsibility of the user
